What is Giving Tuesday?

Giving Tuesday, was established in 2012 as a day to encourage people to do good, and since then has evolved into a global day of charitable giving. This day, responding to the consumer-oriented events of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, aims to inspire individuals worldwide to embrace generosity and celebrate the spirit of giving.

Embraced by millions globally, Giving Tuesday, invites people to unite in supporting nonprofit organizations, charities, and causes close to their hearts. This dedicated day encourages acts of kindness, volunteerism, and, above all, charitable donations to contribute to the betterment of communities and the world at large.

With a presence in over 90 countries, last year's 24-hour event witnessed a remarkable 37 million adults in the U.S. alone participating, resulting in an astounding $3.1 billion in contributions. This phenomenal global movement highlights the collective impact of generosity and the profound change it can bring to communities worldwide!

Join us in making a difference this Giving Tuesday on November 28th, 2023, whether through donations or volunteering, your contribution matters!
