Your Safari Journey

Your adventure begins with one night at iconic Mfuwe Lodge, the perfect place to settle in and acclimate to the rhythms of the African bush. Wildlife is often just steps from your room, and game viewing may begin before you even leave the lodge.

Then, travel deep into South Luangwa National Park for six unforgettable nights in two intimate bushcamps:

• Three nights in one remote bushcamp

• Three nights in a second bushcamp

• Twice-daily game drives in one of Africa’s premier wildlife destinations

• Guided walking safaris for an up-close, sensory experience of the landscape, wildlife, and smaller wonders of the bush

Your final three nights will be spent at Thornicroft Lodge in Mfuwe, a tranquil riverside retreat and your base for exploring village life and the impact of Africa Hope Fund’s programs.

While in Mfuwe, you will have the opportunity to visit programs helping create brighter futures for local young people:

• Africa Hope Fund Literacy Centers — where children develop foundational English skills that support success in school and open doors to future opportunity. These centers can see over 2,000 kids daily!

• Project Luangwa’s Foundation Program — a mentorship initiative for recent high-school graduates focused on life skills, leadership, career readiness, and confidence.
